Custom-made products cannot normally be cancelled, returned, or refunded after production has started.
Changes requested after production begins may involve additional charges and extra production time.

Production or order processing will begin only after the required payment has been received and
confirmed.
Customers are responsible for providing correct billing and payment information.

If we cancel a paid order before production begins, the eligible payment amount will be refunded.

Delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control
are not the responsibility of OAZ Jewels.

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable
and non-refundable.

Customers must contact us immediately and provide clear photos and an unboxing video. The final
resolution will depend on the evidence provided and our inspection.

Jewellery and watches should be handled carefully. Avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, water, moisture,
excessive heat, and physical impact.
Normal wear, scratches, fading, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper use is not considered a
manufacturing defect.
